찰칵하니(이하 "앱")는 이용자의 개인정보를 소중히 여기며, 사진과 얼굴 정보를 모두 이용자 기기 안에서만 처리합니다. 앱은 이용자의 사진·얼굴 데이터를 외부 서버로 전송하거나 수집하지 않습니다.

1. 수집하지 않는 정보

• 앱은 계정 가입·로그인이 없으며, 이름·이메일·전화번호 등 개인 식별 정보를 요구하지 않습니다.
• 촬영·불러온 사진과 얼굴 특징 데이터는 기기 내부 저장소에만 보관되며 외부로 전송되지 않습니다.
• 얼굴 인식·인물 분류는 전적으로 온디바이스(기기 내)에서 이루어집니다. 얼굴 이미지나 특징값이 서버로 업로드되지 않습니다.
• 광고 식별자, 위치정보, 사용 분석(애널리틱스), 추적(트래킹)을 수집·이용하지 않습니다.

2. 기기에 저장되는 정보

• 이용자가 촬영하거나 앨범에서 불러온 사진, 그리고 인물 분류를 위해 생성된 얼굴 특징값은 앱 전용 저장 공간(샌드박스)에 저장됩니다.
• 이 데이터는 이용자만 접근할 수 있으며, 앱 삭제 시 함께 삭제됩니다.

3. 이용자가 직접 내보내는 경우

• 사진 공유·내보내기·백업: 이용자가 직접 사진을 다른 앱으로 공유하거나 기기 갤러리· 압축파일로 내보낼 때에만, 선택한 사진이 해당 위치로 복사됩니다. 이는 이용자의 명시적 동작에 의해서만 발생합니다.
• 의견 보내기: 설정 화면에서 이용자가 의견을 작성해 전송하면, 입력한 의견 내용이 서비스 개선을 위해 개발자에게 전달됩니다. 이때 사진이나 얼굴 데이터는 전송되지 않습니다.

4. 네트워크 사용

• 앱은 공지사항·자주 묻는 질문(FAQ)을 표시하기 위해 원격 콘텐츠를 내려받기만 합니다. 이 과정에서 이용자의 개인정보는 전송되지 않습니다.
• 그 외에는 사진·얼굴 데이터를 위한 네트워크 통신이 없습니다.

5. 접근 권한

• 카메라: 사진 촬영을 위해 사용합니다.
• 사진/미디어: 이용자가 선택한 사진을 앱으로 불러오기 위해 사용합니다.
• 권한으로 접근한 데이터는 위 목적에만 쓰이며 외부로 전송되지 않습니다.

6. 제3자 제공

앱은 이용자의 사진·얼굴 데이터를 제3자에게 판매·공유·제공하지 않습니다.

Chalkakhani (the "App") processes all photos and face data entirely on your device. The App does not collect or transmit your photos or face data to any server.

Information we do NOT collect

• No account or sign-in; we do not request your name, email, phone number, or other identifiers.
• Photos and face-feature data are stored only in the app's private storage on your device and are never uploaded.
• Face recognition and sorting run fully on-device. No face images or embeddings leave the device.
• No advertising identifiers, location, analytics, or tracking are collected.

Data stored on your device

Photos you take or import, and the face-feature values generated for sorting, are stored in the app's sandbox. Only you can access them, and they are deleted when the app is uninstalled.

When you export data yourself

• Sharing / export / backup: Selected photos are copied to another app, your device gallery, or a ZIP file only when you explicitly choose to do so.
• Feedback: If you write and send feedback in Settings, only the text you type is sent to the developer to improve the service. No photos or face data are included.

Network use

The App only downloads remote content (notices and FAQ) for display; no personal information is sent in the process. Otherwise there is no network transmission of photo or face data.

Permissions

• Camera: to take photos.
• Photos/Media: to import photos you select.
